Garland will CRUSH YOU!

::

This is photoshopped (well, GIMPed), but if you've played Dissidia Final Fantasy:

Garland: I'll CRUSH YOU!!

Wait, How Are They Going to do Tceles-B Hsup?

::

One of the things in Final Fantasy was a "magic spell" taught to you by a broom that told you to Tceles-B Hsup - "push B-select" backwards. It brought up the world map. How can they do that on the iPhone?

Broom: Wodniw Sutats Dloh Dna Pat.

Ah. Like that.

Final Fantasy is out on iPhone

::

Hm... I may need to add an iPhone section under games.

Whatever. In any case, Final Fantasy (both I and II) are out for iPhone. Here are some screenshots from my first 15 minutes (yeah, I know, not very interesting):

Just to let people know that I really do have something, here's a screenshot:

Best Buy Completely Screws Up LittleBigPlanet Release

::

You may have heard about LittleBigPlanet. It's only one of the most anticipated games this year. In order to increase anticipation, Sony released several preorder bonuses that were given to various retailers.

Best Buy got a special downloadable Nariko SackGirl, a costume for your character.

Browser Scramble

::

I've created a Browser Scramble game. It's essentially a clone of another more Windows-only game, except this runs in pretty much any standards-compliant browser, and Internet Explorer too.

Obama Pin's Psych

::

This is really just a retread of an earlier entry, but here we go, the Obama pin:

Faked screen shot of the Obama pin in The World Ends With You.

I wonder what the Psych is for an Obama pin?

::

After looking at the Obama site and seeing them selling Obama pins (at $2, plus S&H), I couldn't help but think:

I wonder what the Psych for that pin would be?

(Explanation for those of you who have never played The World Ends With You: the player's magic powers in that game come in the form of "pins" - also called, in this case, "buttons." These powers are called Psychs.)

RetroView: Devil May Cry 3 versus Devil May Cry 4

::

We've recently been playing Devil May Cry 4, which got me back into playing Devil May Cry 3.

You see, Xeno, with his shiny black colossus that he theoretically got to play MGS4 and then promptly ignored it, can play DMC4. See, I don't have an XBOX or a PS3, and don't feel like getting the PC version (DMC is the epitome of a CONSOLE game) so I'm stuck with my older DMC3SE. You know what, though? I don't mind.
